Capstone Interiors provides bespoke property styling services designed to provide magazine-ready appeal and increased saleability of each property we take on, to secure a timely sale and maximum sale price.
Our team has extensive experience in both interior design and real estate. We work closely with agents to ensure the property is presented to it's maximum potential.
03 how it works
Below is an outline of the process we follow to ensure your home styling journey is as seamless and effective as possible.
Step 1. Consultation.
Our senior stylist will come to your home for a complimentary consultation to discuss your objectives of the sale and advise on what is needed to maximise the appeal of the property.
Step 2. Proposal.
A detailed proposal will be sent to you within 24 hours. This will have a list of inclusions, and a style overview as to our recommendations to maximise the appeal of your property. Upon acceptance of the proposal, our customer relations team will schedule mutually convenient delivery dates.
Step 3. Installation.
On installation day we will inform you of our delivery time and then style the property. This can take from 3 hours to a full day. We typically like to allow 1-2 weeks between quotation and delivery to curate the ideal furniture and accessories that will make buyers fall in love with your home.
Step 4. Removal.
On the sale of your property or the contract expiry we will be in touch to arrange the removal. Extensions are available, as is the option to purchase some or all of the furniture package
